Cleaner - Only Male

Job Description: 

• • Ensure the cleanliness of the HPL Offices (including lavatories, meeting rooms, offices, passageways and common areas) and surrounding areas by performing daily cleaning and weekly and monthly deep cleaning as per detailed work instructions and procedures.
  • Replenish and clean water dispensers.
  • Assist in moving items such as furniture with in office.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
  • Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Emptying trash cans.
  • Washing and drying windows.
  • Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
  • Request replenishment of required cleaning materials in good time from Ancillary Services Supervisor.
  • Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
  • Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done
  • Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor 
    

Job Requirements:

• • Education: Baccalaureate degree will be preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a service environment is preferred.
  • Languages: Verbal and written communication skills of local languages
  • The incumbent must be Punctual, friendly, professional with a positive attitude
  • Good Reasoning ability.
  • Competent to be good team Player Excellent communication skill
  • Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems
