Job Description: 

    • Responsible for all day to day administrative issues related to the UNICEF office cleaning and custodian services.
    • Train and supervise all ancillary staff at the UNICEF office and ensure services are undertaken in an efficient and effective manner as per their tasks.
    • Assist UNICEF Administration Unit in development or refinement of ancillary staff tasks
    • Ensure that all waste is disposed off appropriately and timely; including emptying of septic/soak pits when required.
    • Maintain records for all supplies/tools required by ancillary staff and notify administration for the timely replacement where required.
    • Maintain records for the distribution and usage of administration supplies to UNICEF office.
    • Maintain ancillary staff attendance records and prepare monthly reports on evaluation of the performance of ancillary staff.
    • Prepare a weekly status report of the office and highlighting areas requiring improvement, maintenance or renovation.
    • Act as primary focal point to assist Administration Unit where services beyond the contracted scopes of work are required to organize immediately the provision of required services, obtain a certification of the completed activities
    • prepare a weekly menu and review it on weekly basis with the cook(s) and supervise the food quality and quantity.
    • Prepare a weekly report on the office cleaning, office supplies distribution and issues related to office services.

Job Requirements:

    • Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Science or relevant field, higher will be an advantage
    •  Experience : Minimum 5 year of experience in leading and supervising and administrative works
    •   Proficiency in English and local languages.
    •  Computer literacy essential with working experience in Ms. Office.
    •  Client relationship skills
    •  Problem solving skills.
    •  Good ability to work on multi-cultural teams.
    •  Punctual and reliable.
