Social Media & Graphic Designer

Job Description: 

• • Creating beneficial relationships between organizations and their diverse publics through the use of creative and strategic communication.
  • Build and maintain positive public image for company.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Propose innovative ideas and present the layout idea to HPL, discuss on the proposed layout and incorporate feedback, then
  • Create visual concepts, using computer software’s, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers. 
  • Develop and edit the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, certificates, magazines and reports
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, employee, and public interest groups.
  • Create physical or digital visuals to communicate a specific idea.
  • Support HR on best employee celebration by taking and printing professional photos and print out.  
  • Take professional photos of occasions at HPL and keep proper archive of them.
  • Develop standard format for HPL letters, file labels, banners, business cards and etc. 
  • Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
  • Updating and maintaining HPL web content.
  • Conferring with department managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• • Education: Bachelor degree in Art, Marketing, Journalism, social science or any other relevant field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in producing publications with innovative graphic designs with the use of software such as Adobe Design Premium, In-Design, Illustrator, CorelDraw, web design tools, Flash and etc.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-Motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude
